NCWVCAA multi-unit housing includes four housing blocks that face the city of Fairmont, with two of the blocks of space projecting forward. They feature delicate proportions that are tall and thin to provide a proper connection to the verticality of the city fabric. The units transforms itself from the suburban background to the urban foreground. The other two blocks recede from the foreground creating alcoves for place against the neighboring units and landscape walls.
